I had a great experience working with Matt of Purple Porch Properties. After taking the time to fully understand our needs and wants, Matt found us the perfect home. This was not an easy feat as I had very clear ideas of what I wanted for my family, so I was not the easiest customer. Matt was with us every step of the way, and always made himself available as questions arose or as we went in a slightly different direction. He didn’t hesitate to support in finding exactly what we wanted, and it was like working with a friend. While we worked with him on the buying side, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him if we were to be on the selling side. Plus, who doesn’t like saving money on commissions versus the traditional broker/realtor?
