Matt Ezzo and his wife are a fantastic team of real estate agents.  They did a great job selling my house in a matter of days.  Matt explained the entire process to me in detail and was always available if I had any additional questions.  The photos that were done to list the house were beautiful and I believe they were an important part in selling my home.  Once the house was listed for sale we had so many people interested we didn’t even need to have an open house, although we had planned too, and there was an offer by the third day it was on the market.

Lesley and Matt helped us sell our house in Fiskdale (Sturbridge). Our experience was positive from start to finish. They researched the market and obtained pricing of similar properties to help us price the house appropriately. They were aggressive in marketing including professional photography, social media and spreading the word verbally in the community. They didn’t hesitate to offer opinions and advice while respecting our opinions, goals and autonomy. Despite the difficult market at the time we listed the house, we were able to sell the house in a reasonable timeframe and with a reasonable price. This was my first time selling a house and I had no idea what to do someone I know recommended Matt at Purple Porch Properties right away I felt so comfortable with him, he went over things with me and I hardly had to do a thing Matt did it all for me.  The sale went fast and Matt was on top of everything that had to be done.
He is very comfortable to deal with, to talk with and very very helpful in the process.  Always kept you informed of what was happening and going on, he was right on top of everything.
If I am ever in the need to buy or sell another house I would definitely deal with Matt at Purple Porch Properties.
So grateful for the person that told me to call him best phone call I every made.  You will not be disappointed dealing with Matt.
